Awesome service and speedy delivery once more! I'm really impressed with how fast everything arrived.

I thought I was getting a small set of trays for over £10, but turns out only one tray was sent and they’re actually sold individually.

I set up a return and after waiting all week, I was in touch with a Monster staff member who kept shifting the collection date. I shot off another email on Saturday to say that NO courier had shown up all week, and got a reply Monday morning saying the courier would come that day. Just got an email saying the courier tried to pick up the parcel 'again' (which contradicts what they said earlier) and now they’ve processed a 'no collection'. Funny thing is, I work from home and my office window looks right out onto the driveway. Not a single courier in sight all day, and my security cameras show nothing! Honestly, I wouldn’t bother ordering from here again... they clearly can’t be trusted with returns!

Mia was fantastic in helping me out. She responded fast and made sure to cover all my concerns, keeping me in the loop all day about any updates and confirming that my order arrived without a hitch. Super friendly and eager to help!

These folks are putting out some misleading ads. They showcase images of 3-layer letter trays but are actually selling just single trays for £13, while you can usually grab the same ones in different colors for about £2.50. It's really disappointing.

The items arrived super quick and in great shape. Since the inks are compatible, I can't really evaluate them just yet, but I reckon they'll perform just fine.

I've placed two orders so far. The first one, which I expected to arrive the next day, actually took five days, probably 'cause it was around Christmas. The second order, which was for some stationery, got left out on the doorstep during a heavy downpour, and it ended up getting ruined.
